Later, it becomes the dessert or late-night moment — hand-scooped ice cream as the band plays, a tower of macarons in your colors, or espresso martinis to carry everyone to the last dance.

How many guests can one cart serve at a reception? +
A single cart comfortably serves up to about 150 guests over a 2–3 hour window. For larger weddings we add a second attendant or cart.
